Who We Are

Andy brings to the table 8 years of real estate experience including becoming a licensed Georgia broker in 2018 and a licensed Broker in Florida in 2019. Prior to his real estate career he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and worked in the Telecommunications field. Born in Florida and raised in Georgia, Andy grew up in Cobb County and resides in North Paulding County. As a long term area resident, his local expertise allows him to better help buyers and sellers in the major counties in the Northwest Georgia area. This area includes the counties of Fulton, Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, Carroll, Bartow, Cherokee and other metro Atlanta communities.

Andy continues to serve his clients and community with the tenacity and passion that he developed in the United States Marine Corps. He uses his technology training and experience to assist his clients with selling their homes. By using the latest internet marketing tools to expose your property to the greatest possible range of qualified buyers. Andy also employs social media marketing to garner potential buyers and drive activity for all Fidelis South listings.

With Andy’s service in the United States Marine Corps (and wife Stephanie’s underwriting experience in VA home loans), the team at Fidelis South also strives to help educate current service members and Veterans of their VA Home Loan Benefits for home purchase. 

The Rose’s reside in Dallas, GA with their 4 children. They attend church in the Kennesaw area and are active in the North Paulding Community. In their spare time the Rose’s love to watch college football, travel to the beach, and spend time doing fun activities with their children.
